Shamrock Philosophy As a family-owned and operated chain, Shamrock Coffee Company firmly believes that a business is only as successful as the community that supports it. Therefore, SCC continually seeks opportunities to benefit both local and global organizations. We stock Farm Friendly Direct, Shade Grown, and Organic coffees, as well as make yearly donations to Coffee Kids, the Idaho Food Bank, and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
